Major changes (from version 0.00)

The config and translations are site pages, not PHP files.
New directory structure.
Many bugs fixed.
Many code improvements added.
The default design is minimal and hardcoded in the code.
The old plugin upload was converted to the new "addon" format.
New addons.
Addons can create new actions too; the function must be named ACTION_actionname().
The content of the field "status" is stored into an array, to prevent mismatches. A common system is used for both "status" and "language_versions".
New experimental addon "html_tags" to try different ways to produce some HTML tags in the pages.
