Main changes and fixes in Simplilo 00-04

Developed since 2010-05-27 until 2011-02-22.

The format of the version numbers is changed: two two-digit hex numbers and a time string: 00-04-yyyymmddhhmm. The time string means the engine build time.

The web interface and the cache were buggy at the end of the 00-04 version.

Some changes (from version 0.03)

Tags addon fixed: it doesn't show draft pages any more; it doesn't include draft pages' tags into the tag cloud.
Many improvements and fixes.

- "link:" management fixed: the link text or the link label are used when the link has not been defined yet.

- No class and id in addons breadcrumbs and control_panel.
- "Simplo" changed to "Simplilo" in class and id names.

- Little bugs fixed. Minor changes.

Changes needed to migrate (from version 0.03)

All PHP addons/lang and addons/files files has to be manually converted into system.addon.ADDON_NAME.config(.LANG) pages with config variables in the format: ADDON_NAME:VAR= VALUE
